So, all week I was at the STAREAST conference, learning new insights in the software quality assurance field. I get an email from the NC Quick Pass system that my account statement was available. I click the link and what do I see?
Apparently no one thought to test that the link would work on a mobile device. Works find on my laptop. After hearing how eBay takes customer issues like this seriously, I even used the feedback form to let them know they had a issue.
